Terms of service

The service

Turnale is tournament software for recreational racket sports, operated by SkyWave OÜ, a company registered in Estonia, registry code 14186184 (“we”). Organisers run tournaments through an AI assistant connected to Turnale’s MCP server; players follow a shareable tournament page. By using either, you accept these terms.

Beta, free of charge

Turnale is in beta and currently free. The service is provided as-is and as-available: features may change, and we cannot promise uninterrupted availability. If paid plans are ever introduced, they will be announced clearly before anything changes.

Your content and responsibilities

Organisers enter tournament data, including other people’s names. You confirm you are entitled to share the data you enter, and you agree to use the service only for running real recreational events — not for unlawful content, harassment, spam, or attempts to disrupt or overload the service. We may remove content or suspend tournaments that break these rules.

The organiser key

Creating a tournament returns an organiser key. It is the only credential, it cannot be recovered, and anyone holding it can manage that tournament — keep it safe. The shareable page link is intended for players. New tournaments start with courtside score entry on, so a link-holder can record match results; the organiser can switch that off at any time, leaving the page view-only. Nothing else — draw, roster, schedule — is ever reachable from the page link.

Data

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy. Organisers can delete a tournament at any time; deletion has a short recovery window, after which the data is permanently removed.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and are not liable for indirect damages or lost data arising from use of a free beta service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia; disputes belong to the courts of Estonia. If a provision is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
